  Liscombe Lodge is an amazing place to book a large gathering or wedding. It's rustic buildings with modern accents make the lodge a great place to stay with your family or friends.

  The most important thing is their food and service. The food is amazing and in my opinion under priced for the quality. Their dining room which has views of the river is the perfect place to enjoy your meal.

  We had a nice time in beautiful surroundings. The rooms and facilities could really use some upgrading as some 'expected' items just weren't there (no mini-fridge, old TVs) but the staff was great and the dining room really shines. Clearly the big draw is the fantastic food and reasonable prices. They didn't gouge us like these places often do. The pool facility is excellent and our favourite feature above all was watching the incredible array of birds outside the dining room window overlooking the river. We'd go again.

  We only stayed for one night as a wedding reception. Great venue. Solid breakfast buffet. Great service. Rooms overlooking the river. A Very tranquil place.

  There are endless activities to do while staying at the lodge as there are hiking trails, kayaks, canoes, boat tours, bicycles, tennis courts, and a rec room.

  Fantastic family friendly vacation destination. We stayed 2 nights, but are already planning to come back next year for a longer stay. I loved that activities were included at no extra charge like kayak rentals, pool, and recreation space with pool table and Foosball. We rented a 4 room cabin, perfect for a 4-family get together. Every family had their own space and bathroom, and the common area/living room was spacious enough to all gather. And dog friendly was a huge bonus! So happy we discovered this gem.

  Came here when I was 10 with my family.. Now in my 30s I am still coming here. If you are lucky enough to get some of Connie's fudge that she makes daily you won't be disappointed. The wings are hit and miss. Vanessa makes great drinks. Cindy very friendly at the front desk. Chester is a great fella. The boat tour with him is a must. The hiking trail is worth the time but you do have to be in shape (other than round) to do it without requiring medics. Every year they seem to do something to the property to make it look better. Those old dead trees are gone. Pool house is painted. Things are looking great. Chalet 4A is my personal favorite. Worth the drive. Go see it for yourself!

  Lastly, the staff are fantastic and have gone above and beyond several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
